About Us: Staff Information

Dr. Craig H. Rosen's staff prides themselves on going that extra mile to ensure that each patient is focused on their recovery. The staff recognizes that a quality medical experience also requires excellent administrative support. From the moment a patient enters the center to the completion of their case, the staff will help patients make appointments, and help answer their questions.

In addition, Dr. Craig H. Rosen's professional staff has worked closely with adjusters regarding MVA and Worker's Compensation injuries for over fifteen years. They have developed treatment forms, which can be faxed to any office immediately following a patient's examination. You will be provided with a diagnosis, prognosis, work restrictions and treatment recommendations. A full report will then be mailed.

Jim Fulginiti, PA-C

Jim Fulginiti, PA-C

Jim Fulginiti has worked as our Physician Assistant (PA-C) since October of 2008. Raised just outside West Chester, Pennsylvania in Downingtown he attended Downingtown High School, graduating in 2002. He then went on to receive a B.S. from West Chester University in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training in 2006. Soon after graduation, he started the Physician Assistant program at Drexel University, graduating with a M.H.S. in 2008. He then passed the Physician Assistant National Certification Exam (PANCE) in 2008 and is currently certified and registered with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) to practice medicine as a Physician Assistant. He is currently licensed in the state of New Jersey. Additionally, he holds good standing with the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), New Jersey State Society of Physician Assistants (NJSSPA) and the Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic Surgery (PAOS). As our PA his comprehensive responsibilities include conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating orthopaedic related problems and injuries, ordering and interpreting tests, counseling on preventive health care, assisting in surgery and prescribing medications. He is an avid Eagles, Phillies and Flyers fan, and also follows the Tarheels of college basketball. In his spare time he enjoys working out, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
